Setting the Number of Messages in the Summary E-mail

  1. Click Preferences from the links on the left.
    The Preferences page displays.
  2. In the Junk Mail Summary Count field, enter a number up to 1000. The default is 200.
Note: You can enter "0." However, this means that you will receive empty summaries. See Setting Summary Message Frequency if you do not want to receive empty summaries.
  3. Click OK.

Setting the Summary Message Locale

In relation to the summary message you receive, "locale" refers to the language and character set in which the summary is displayed. The default locale is the one configured for the Junk Mail Manager server. However, you can override that locale with one that is appropriate for you.

To set the summary message locale:

  1. Click Preferences from the links on the left.
    The Preferences page displays.
  2. Click the down arrow and select a Summary Message Locale.
Note: If the Use default message locale option is selected, the summary message will display in the locale specified for the Junk Mail Manager server. See your system administrator if you have questions about this setting and the available options.
  3. Click OK.

Setting the Number of Messages Displayed on Each Message List Page
